If something is not quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to return your items for a refund.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags and packaging. Items that show wear, washing, damage, or odors will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email hi@marqstudio.co with your order number and the items you are returning.
- We will send you a prepaid USPS return label. A $9 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
- Ship the items within 7 days of receiving your label.
Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we will check availability. Because MARQ releases are produced in limited quantities, exchanges depend on stock. If your size is gone, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping.
International Returns (Mexico)
Returns from Mexico are accepted within the same 14-day window. The customer arranges and pays for return shipping, and original shipping, duties, and taxes are not refundable. Please email us before sending anything back.
