Shipping policy

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1–5 business days from when the order is placed and payment is processed. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

When your order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number from our customer support team.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping costs, duties, taxes, VAT, and other related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Paulin Marq has partnered with Global-E and Shopify to offer a seamless checkout experience for international customers. All expenses associated with international orders are charged at checkout to simplify the buying process and provide full transparency.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

For extra peace of mind, Paulin Marq offers Free Returns and Package Protection at checkout for a small fee. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you are eligible for a refund when you report the issue within 7 days of the scheduled delivery. All claims can be submitted through our customer service portal.

Please note: If you choose to decline package protection at checkout, Paulin Marq is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, and we cannot offer a replacement or refund for missing items.

DAMAGES

Please inspect all items upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@paulinmarq.com if your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged.

EXCHANGED ORDERS

Exchange orders are not eligible for refunds, only store credit.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit for an in-store or online return will be issued as a digital gift card. Paulin Marq store credit is redeemable online or in-store and will expire one year from the original purchase date.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Any garment that has been embellished (hand-painted, embroidered, snapped, or otherwise customized) may have unique variations and imperfections due to the handmade process. These details are intentional and part of the garment’s character. Embellishments are subject to natural wear over time based on usage.

DISCOUNTED PURCHASES

Any product purchased on sale or from the Paulin Marq Vault is eligible only for store credit. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for items bought on sale or from the Vault.

FINAL SALE

Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. These include all hats, caps, scarves, coffee cups, silverware, and coffee beans.
