SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

International shipping costs, duties, taxes, VAT, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer. MARQ STUDIO has partnered with Global-E and Shopify to provide international checkout services.

All orders are eligible for shipping insurance at checkout. If you decline insurance, MARQ STUDIO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If an order is lost or damaged in transit, claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Please inspect all items upon delivery and contact hi@marqstudio.co if there are issues with your order.

Store credit is issued for eligible returns and is valid for one year from the purchase date. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
